This should be a good opportunity for JUBILEE GOLD to get back in the winners enclosure. He fell early on at Sedgefield back in January but was quickly back on track beaten just half a length last month. The front pair came 3 lengths clear from the rest so it was a good effort. The winner and third have won since so the form has been franked and he should be able to shrug off a 4lb rise as he remains lightly raced. Flying Fortune was a good second at Newton Abbot before disappointing at Ffos Las when last seen. He is back up in trip on handicap debut so could easily be the main danger.

I’m keen to side with MAN OF A’AN to make the breakthrough here. He shaped with plenty of promise on all 4 of his starts for Harry Eustace and now with his new trainer could easily take another step forward. A mark of just 73 likely underestimates him and if fit and ready to roll on reappearance should be the one to beat. Zumaaty went down just half a length on return at Wolverhampton last time and if building on that looks the biggest danger. Dougies Dream blew out on return but he is at least a C&D winner so if somehow bouncing back could have a squeak as well.
