This should be a great chance for LARGY FORCE to open her account under Rules. She was purchased for £85,000 after winning a point back in April 2022 and has since shaped with plenty of promise on two starts for this yard. She was beaten 3 lengths into second on debut in a bumper at Catterick and then looked like she’d do better for the experience when runner-up at Hereford on debut over hurdles. She just looked a bit tapped for toe that day but with that under her belt she should be a lot sharper here. She is obviously open to improvement on what is just her second start over timber and should get the job done. Love Tree was poor again last time so Miss Hunky Dory looks the main danger.
 

I’m surprised GREENROCK ABBEY has opened 2’s for this as he looks by far and away the most likely winner. Bar that Chepstow blip on penultimate start he has been in good form this season and may well have won on reappearance in a good race at Sandown. He eventually went down just a length and a half but that form has been franked since too. He wasn’t disgraced at Chepstow but it was really deep ground and he just got tired in the conditions. He bounced back up in trip at Uttoxeter and freshened up again since and down 1lb has found the right race to get back to winning ways. One True King kept on at Ludlow but is one paced and while he is the danger I’ll be amazed if he can beat the selection who looks a great bet.
