Back on the Flat I’d be confident CLEAR WHITE LIGHT is well handicapped off a mark of 63. He was beaten less than 2 lengths over track and trip off this mark at the end of last season and that was good form behind Robert Johnson and co. He was slowly away on that occasion too so it can be marked up somewhat. He has won over hurdles impressively since so is clearly in good heart and despite the yard being quiet could be quite good value. Heatherdown Hero won on penultimate start and then only went down a length last time so could be the danger but he doesn’t have a great deal in hand. Hot Team is a big price and might be able to sneak a place.
