After catching the eye on debut SIR GABRIAL improved to win at Newcastle on his second start. He was well backed on that occasion and took a fierce hold but saw the trip out well to get on top in the closing stages. He has been given time since so could easily progress again and if he settles better he could be quite a nice horse. Both Game Management and Ravenswell could push forward and that would be an ideal scenario as he’d prefer an end-to-end gallop. Never Better showed a good attitude to narrowly prevail at Kempton and has more to come so is the danger.
