With Royal Rhyme out this should be a great chance for EMBESTO to return with a win. This colt won 3 of his first 4 starts before finishing fourth at Group 2 level in France. He was a winner when last seen at this level dead-heating with Mighty Ulysses at Salisbury and he promises to do even better as a 4yo. He can be quite keen but with Hi Royal likely to set a good gallop he should have a target to aim at and I think he’ll be the one finishing best. Ottoman Fleet obviously won the race last year but that did look a weak renewal and he didn’t live up to market expectations when last seen in Dubai back in February so has a bit to prove.

I know Marco Botti hasn’t had a winner for a while but even so ROSY KISS looks the one to side with here. This Calyx filly has improved with every start and was only beaten a length at Wolverhampton last month. She was well backed on that occasion and in hindsight probably did too much too soon. The step up in trip could bring about further improvement now sent handicapping and if Hollie Doyle can judge the fractions better than Josephine Gordon did she should have a great chance to make the breakthrough now. Pegasus Of Harry disappointed last time but impressed prior to that so looks the main threat.
