MADGE A CHROI looked smart when winning a bumper on her second start at Thurles and can get off the mark on her hurdling debut now. The Shantou mare stepped forward from her first outing, when fifth at Cork, to win convincingly having been well supported in February. She has to carry a penalty for that success, but this doesn't appear to be the strongest maiden hurdle. Cappacurry Ealu ran well when third in a similar mares' event at Cork late last month and she looks an obvious danger. Justmadeit has run with promise in a couple of stronger events this year and is another who has to come into the mix.Prediction : 1st Madge A Chroi 2nd Cappacurry Ealu 3rd Justmadeit

DOCTOR GLIDE comes here off the back of a decent run at Down Royal and his rating of 116 is probably good enough to win a race of this standard. He was third to Faulty in a decent contest and a repeat may be enough to get his head in front. It's no surprise to see connections claim off Napper Tandy, who has a penalty from the Flat. He ran really well when second on his hurdling bow at Clonmel last season, but his jumping let him down subsequently at Punchestown. On The Steel wasn't disgraced in a strong Navan bumper on his return to action in February and is an interesting contender on his jumping debut.Prediction : 1st Doctor Glide 2nd Napper Tandy 3rd On The Steel

CHEERFUL CHAP may be able to bag a quick follow-up win here. The Pour Moi gelding was value for a bit more than his winning margin at Naas on Tuesday. He asserted after the last then and appeared to be idling a bit in front as Verbal Sparring finished off to get within three-parts of a length. There looks another win in him off a 7lb higher mark. Kings Hill is a fascinating runner taking a big drop in class. He was last seen finishing a well-beaten ninth in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham and a mark of 130 may not be overly harsh. C&D winner Zoffanien ran a solid race when fifth in a Naas handicap hurdle on his last outing and is another to consider.Prediction : 1st Cheerful Chap 2nd Kings Hill 3rd Zoffanien

NOTKEEPINYAGOING opened her hurdling account in fine style at Leopardstown early last month and having gone up just a couple of pounds since, she looks capable of striking on her handicap debut in against her own sex. This looks like a nice opportunity against rivals who don't come here in the same kind of form. The Gordon Elliott-trained Ginnets Girl won over 3m1f at Kilbeggan last summer, but this ground would be a concern on her return. Natural Look was pulled up on her most recent outing at Leopardstown, but previous form would make her a big player in this company.Prediction : 1st Notkeepinyagoing 2nd Natural Look 3rd Ginnets Girl

BEAU'S CANDLE ran well on his return to the 'track' at Punchestown in February and can go one better now. He was no match for easy winner Balum then, but it was a solid run from the dual point-to-point winner and that form has worked out well since. Stepping up in trip should be a help as well. Lough Nigara has been placed on his last couple of runs and looks an obvious threat. He remains on the same mark as when third at Thurles last month. Captain Jimmy was well beaten last time, but is slipping down the handicap and has form on this type of ground so could get a bit closer.Prediction : 1st Beaus Candle 2nd Lough Nigara 3rd Captain Jimmy

KING OF CONG obviously received a fair hike for a cosy success at Limerick eight days ago but he may be able to strike again, despite that 16lb rise. The Gamut gelding was a very easy winner when landing a gamble on his handicap debut and going up in trip could bring further improvement from the point-to-point graduate. Oneforgonzo was another wide-margin winner last time out and also has to be respected, despite a 12lb rise for his Naas victory. Willie Mullins has set Onlyamatteroftime some stiff tasks since he joined the yard and he was well beaten in the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury in February. He could make more of an impression in this grade.Prediction : 1st King Of Cong 2nd Oneforgonzo 3rd Onlyamatteroftime

BUTCH CASSIDY is a fascinating newcomer here pedigree-wise and may be able to make a winning start. The Walk In The Park gelding is a half-brother to ill-fated Champion Bumper winner Fayonagh and cost 140,000 euros as a store last June. Real Empire has been placed on both starts to date and looks the pick of those with racecourse experience. Another Walk In The Park gelding who is worth noting in the market is the Sam Curling-trained Swingin Safari. He was a 30,000-euro store and carries the colours of Timmy Hyde.Prediction : 1st Butch Cassidy 2nd Real Empire 3rd Swingin Safari
