With Yosemite Valley now a non runner this must be a great chance for TARAWA to get her head back in front. She was beaten just half a length by Coppice at Newmarket on final start and promises to do even better as a 4yo. This likely won’t take a great deal of winning and given she has run well fresh before it is no surprise to see her favourite to make a winning return. Mutasarref was 4 lengths behind Yosemite Valley on return at the Curragh and if building on that could be the biggest danger. Special Wan is another one who could improve given she has only had two starts to date but she lacks experience which could count against her here.

I know GOLDEN MELODY is on a lengthy losing run but she got within a neck of victory over C&D last time and a repeat of that may well see her back in the winners enclosure. There is tons of pace on here and if the likes of Blueflagflyinghigh, Flight Of Angels and Wath Court take each other on that would be an ideal scenario. Paul Mulrennan gets the leg up which would have to be seen as a positive taking over from Tom Eaves and David Allan prior to that. Westernesse is a danger but he hasn’t shown a huge amount this season despite being well backed and is becoming expensive to follow. Ey Up Its The Boss also respected after going down a neck on reappearance.
