This is definitely the case of there being value in a favourite and I’m keen to side with CHANGE SINGS again. This son of Saxon Warrior was back in the winners enclosure over this trip at Newmarket last time and with further improvement he is a good bet to defy a further 4lb rise. He ran on strongly last time and I think however this race pans out he’ll be the one hitting the line best under George Downing. Tyger Bay is on a hat-trick but he is up another 3lb so will probably need everything to drop right to go in again. One More Wave ran well over track and trip on penultimate start and wasn’t disgraced in a fiercely competitive handicap at Ascot last time so is another one I expect to get competitive.
