17:35 Kempton

I saw enough promise in that debut third at Goodwood to make JEWEL OF LONDON a strong play to get off the mark here. This 250,000 guineas yearling seemed to know her job pushing forward on debut but just backed out of it in the closing stages. I expect her to strip a lot fitter from that and she should be difficult to beat as the betting is suggesting. Of the debutants No Nay Never filly Celestial Orbit could be the most interesting for Ollie Sangster. She cost 260,000 as a yearling and is related to plenty of winners so watch the market on that one.

17:55 Curragh

Aidan O’Brien has his horses in top form and MOTHER NATURE is expected to be hard to beat at the Curragh on Wednesday. This filly by Justify made a bright start going down just a short head on debut and with natural improvement should be tough to beat. That debut run came at Dundalk and she hit the line hard just failing to get to the winner who had already run two times so had experience on side. She has been freshened up since and will likely be a warm order come post time. The danger may be the debutant Alinta who is bred to be useful.
