After two encouraging runs APPROVAL could be ready to strike. He was beaten just a neck on reappearance at Wolverhampton back in March and then improved again to finish second when last seen. That form hasn’t worked out too badly and if he improves again stepping up to a mile and a quarter he could be good value to take this. There isn’t much pace on either so it will be interesting to see if Tom Marquand sends him forward and tries to make all. Lord Of Love left previous form behind to go down just over a length into fourth at Newmarket and if improving again will be the danger. Fun Loving showed promise on debut but might need more time and experience.
