If you backed INDEMNITY at Leicester last month you was probably counting your money as he swept to the front. In hindsight James Doyle has probably gone for home too soon but I just think those in front of him came back sooner than ideal and he was grabbed by a deep closer in Azahara Palace. The pair pulled 4 and a half lengths clear from the third and the field was well strung out. He is back in maiden company here and is comfortably the one to beat. The biggest danger may come from the debutant Ina Mina who is by Ulysses and is bred to be pretty useful. I expect experience to count for plenty though so the selection is readily preferred.

Dubawi colt DURAJI ran a big race on debut to finish second at Gowran and with natural improvement I expect him to be really tough to beat here. He just lacked that know-how as you’d expect for a horse making his debut and couldn’t reel in the winner Inner Success who made all the running out in front. He should know a lot more this time around and with the stable going well there is lots to like. Galileo colt Vice President ran well to finish third on debut over a mile and a half here last month and looks the danger although I’m not sure the drop back in trip will help as he did look a little one paced. Improvista is another one in with a squeak if improving.
