I’m keen to side with unexposed 3yo EDGEWATER DRIVE on what is just his third start in a handicap. He showed little on handicap debut at Wetherby but left that behind to win well over C&D last month and given that form has already been boosted somewhat he could be up to defying a 7lb rise in the weights. Paula Muir keeps the ride and I think he’ll be tough to beat so expect to see market support come post time. Malham Tarn Cove bumped into Voodoo Ray on reappearance and then won last time so looks the danger but a further 5lb rise definitely makes life tougher again and there shouldn't be as much as there is between them in the betting. King Of The Jungle has been running well and is another one expected to get competitive.
