Sustained and Flowstate are both searching for their second victories in three starts, with slight preference for the latter after his second at Doncaster last week. However, they could both find it tough to give penalties away to SONDAD. Michael & David Easterby's three-year-old finished a close-up fourth at Doncaster last month and that level of form could be good enough to see him get off the mark.

Cockalorum, who claimed this prize back in 2019, produced another good effort to finish a close-up third off 1lb lower at York and this drop in trip won't pose him any issues so he has to be respected. However, he could come out second best to PREPSCHOOL, who wasn't disgraced at Sandown earlier in the month and he might be the one to beat off the same mark. Last-time-out winner C&D winner Up The Jazz completes the shortlist.
