TEMPER TRAP had to settle for fourth when sent off favourite at Redcar, but this looks a good opportunity to gain compensation. Tim Easterby's top-weight runs of an unchanged mark and a bold bid can be expected in his attempt to land this race for a remarkable fifth year in a row. Carvalhal (fifth) was nearly four lengths behind the selection last month and that form is unlikely to be reversed on the same terms. Soveraine completes the shortlist.Prediction : 1st Temper Trap 2nd Carvalhal 3rd Soveraine

A very open contest sees a chance taken on BELTANE, who shaped as if this extra yardage would suit when second over 7f at Catterick. Mark Walford's runner was only beaten a length on that occasion and a 1lb rise may prove lenient. The hat-trick seeking Shahnaz is feared most and could be difficult to peg back, especially if allowed an easy lead. Lunario is also worthy of respect after a game success at Newmarket, although a 5lb rise may be tough to defy.Prediction : 1st Beltane 2nd Shahnaz 3rd Lunario
19:10 Hamilton
Night On Earth made every post a winning one at York last week but while he is fancied to go close once more, a 3lb rise for that neck victory isn't ideal. CAVALIER APPROACH gets the nod to bounce back to form after disappointing when sent off favourite at Pontefract. Ed Bethell's four-year-old was a comfortable winner on his penultimate start there and a mark of 73 doesn't appear out of his reach. Reigning Profit is capable of following them home. Prediction : 1st Cavalier Approach 2nd Night On Earth 3rd Reigning Profit

Hamilton favourite Jordan Electrics is in the form of his life at the age of eight and bids for a four-timer after lifting the Scottish Stewards' Cup over 6f here. It's easy to see why he will have his supporters off 4lb higher but a chance can be taken on BADRI, who could only manage ninth in a hot handicap at York last week, but is 2lb lower on his debut for a new stable and that puts him on an appealing mark. Looking For Lynda is another to watch out for.Prediction : 1st Badri 2nd Jordan Electrics 3rd Looking For Lynda
20:10 Hamilton
MASO BASTIE bounced back to form when sporting first-time cheekpieces to occupy the runner-up spot at Newmarket and a 2lb rise may underestimate that performance. With the addition of a tongue-tie further aiding his cause, he can cope with the step back up in trip to go one better. Bringbackmemories finished a close-up third over an extended 2m at York and has to be taken seriously off an unchanged mark. Faylaq could also have a say.Prediction : 1st Maso Bastie 2nd Bringbackmemories 3rd Faylaq
20:40 Hamilton
Bristol Hill struck by a short head over 1m5f here and has since switched to the Linda Perratt stable, so it will be interesting to see how he fares off only 3lb higher. However, he could come out second best to HUMBLE SPARK, who has made the frame on each of his last five starts. The son of Acclamation finished third over track and trip last month and might be the one to beat off the same mark. Kojin completes the shortlist.Prediction : 1st Humble Spark 2nd Bristol Hill 3rd Kojin
