The majority of the field are making their handicap debuts here so quite a few unknowns but even so FLY LIBERTY FLY catches the eye. This filly by Ribchester is also making her nursery debut and an opening mark of just 58 must be workable.
She has shown bits and pieces of promise without pulling down any trees but that last run at Yarmouth was quite promising and the form is working out well too which is always encouraging.
When you combine that with the fact Marco Botti is having a good year with his handicap debutants the case only grows stronger. He has a 21% place strike rate so at a minimum I think she’ll hit the frame.
The market already seems to be speaking positively about her too which is another positive and hopefully she is a good bet to not only place but to come out on top as well.
