DIGNAM shaped nicely on his debut at Leopardstown last month and can step forward now. The Sea The Moon colt kept on in the closing stages when third to impressive winner Va Va Vroom and looked like he would improve from the experience. Stablemate Raven Darkholme gets a nice pull at the weights with Wayne Hassett taking off 5lb. She ran well, despite being green, when second at Galway on her debut. Mount Parnassus sets the standard off his mark of 87 but may be vulnerable to improvers. He is tried in cheekpieces now.

I AM SUPERMAN ran with credit in the Ahonoora Handicap at Galway last time and looks capable of striking again off this kind of mark. He was eased a pound after finishing sixth at Ballybrit and returns to the scene of his seasonal debut win, back in May. Pier Pressure brings winning form into the race and has to be respected. The Kingman gelding is only 3lb higher than when winning over a mile here late last month. Kings Time didn't look at home on fast ground at Royal Ascot. He had won a valuable contest at Cork previously and has the ability to be a big player.

A case can be made for the majority of these. The winner of the Petingo Handicap on Champions Weekend, Satin returns from a lengthy absence and it'll be interesting to see how she fares. Returning to the level for the first time in over two years, the versatile Common Practice has strong claims. Successful over fences at Wexford last month, it'll come as no surprise if he manages to follow-up. Falcon Eight will need to bounce back to form if he is to make an impact, while Smooth Tom, who was second in this very contest 12-months ago, completes the line-up.

Beaten by just a neck at Killarney last month, Chimeric is sure to have plenty of supporters, while Just Another Eagle, Plunkett Street, King Arthurs Sword and Harseva are others for the shortlist in this competitive affair.
