I know it hasn’t been the best season for John and Thady Gosden but I still feel like they could end on a high so I’m expecting them to have quite a few runners and hopefully winners in the next 6 weeks or so. AMERICAN FASHION has looked promising so far and went down less than 2 lengths over this trip at Lingfield last month. The winner Winning Point ran well in defeat at the weekend so that form looks good. She should have more to come now handicapping off a mark of 69 and is worth siding with against these.
Crafty Spirit is more exposed but he has some decent form in the book and I expect him to run well and he might be the danger. Of the rest See You Tonight has only had 4 starts and is another one that can do better.

That was a promising handicap debut from SANAT at Southwell. The winner Sondad looks useful and the third Asinara has run well in defeat since so I expect the form to work out well in time. He is open to improvement so a mark of 70 should be lenient if he steps forward. SDS is also a positive jockey booking so I’m expecting a big run here and it would be no surprise to see him a warm order in the betting too.
Arnaz didn’t run badly beaten just under 2 lengths at Newmarket when last seen and does look the biggest danger. Gis A Sub was poor at Chepstow but that was a tough ask and these are calmer waters so he also has a squeak.
