Roger Varian's filly didn't get the clearest of runs on that occasion and may prove tough to oppose with the experience under her belt. Winter Solace, a 280,000gns purchase at Tattersalls Book 2, represents a stable enjoying another fine season with their juveniles, while Rogue Sensation and Magic Basma are other newcomers of interest.

Gundogan is now tried in blinkers after finishing second for the fourth time in his career at Redcar. Ed Bethell's gelding should be in the mix once again, but it wouldn't be a huge surprise if he proved vulnerable to an improver in the shape of PINSENT. Second over 7f at Redcar, having built on his debut effort at Doncaster, the drop back in trip is unlikely to be an issue with the uphill finish a potential benefit. Northerner has struggled in handicaps, but the application of a tongue-tie and cheekpieces may see her in a better light.

Infinity Blue is 5lb higher than for his recent Newmarket success and has to enter calculations along with the consistent Wichahpi, a winner at Catterick in May, and Balon D'or.

LOVE YOURS has shown marked improvement since being stepped up in trip and Gemma Tutty's filly, who has been raised 3lb for a hard-fought breakthrough triumph at Beverley, has a live chance of following up if she takes the additional furlong in her stride. Dandy's Angel saves her best for the Westwood but has also won here, while Ribble River is unexposed and commands respect on his first try at this distance.

SPACE NINJA hinted at ability as a juvenile and has been found a weak race in which to make his belated reappearance. As a full-brother to a 7f winner, this trip appears to be a natural move for the now-gelded selection on his first start for a new stable and he won't need much of a step forward to break his maiden. Half Moon Rising is respected in first-time cheekpieces, with Greenwich and Eco Power Boy completing the shortlist.

Similar comments apply to Vintage Love, who cannot be ruled out at this level.

Jkr Cobbler produced a much improved effort to make the frame at Ayr and has to be considered off an unchanged mark. However, he could come out second best to REDARNA, who made every yard of the running to score by a neck over a mile here and should have no issues with the drop in trip. Dianne Sayer's veteran is only 1lb higher and can repeat his victory of 12 months ago. Bowman is another to keep an eye on.

Abruzzo Mia just prevailed to record his fourth career victory at Thirsk last month and it would be no surprise to see him get involved off only 2lb higher. However, OBEE JO looks the way to go. Tim Easterby's eight-year-old wasn't disgraced in third at Catterick on his latest outing and he goes off the same mark. With a repeat of that display, he is likely to prove tough to beat. Iris Dancer is another to watch out for.
