First race of the day at York for the Stat Bet and MR MONACO really caught the eye when winning well at Sandown two weeks ago. He seems to be improving for the longer trips and the extra two furlongs on Friday should be ideal for him. He is up 7lbs for that easy win but there really does look to be more to come and will serve it up to the favourite Wafei.

Ralph Beckett has one of the better records at York and combined with Hector Crouch they are the second best trainer/jockey combo behind Aidan O’Brien and Ryan Moore. They had two close 2nds on Thursday and have Mr Monaco who has a great chance and Al Anoud (4:10) on Friday.
