He just bumped into one on the day and despite failing to back up that effort the next twice bounced back to his best winning readily at Haydock last time. Back at this venue is certainly no negative and I think he can defy a penalty and follow up against these.

Unexposed colt VICTORIOUS STREET defied a layoff to win at Southwell last month and that form has been franked since with the runner-up Skipper winning in good style at Chelmsford next time out looking a nice prospect. He has plenty of scope for improvement now handicapping and this step up in trip is also likely to be a big positive so worth keeping on side.
Doncaster 4.40 Back In Black (5/2)
Dark Angel colt BACK IN BLACK relished the step up to this trip to open his account at Yarmouth last month. He was well backed on that occasion and won going away at the line to justify that support. He goes handicapping now off a mark of 86 and could easily be a major player. He is obviously completely unexposed and looks one to keep siding with.
Newcastle 6.30 Kyber Crystal (3/1)
The money came for KYBER CRYSTAL at Musselburgh last month and she made no mistake winning easily. She has gone up 6lb but at this lowly level and with the step back up to 6f likely to suit I think she can follow up. The market is usually informative to her chance so hopefully she is well backed come post time as that would enhance confidence.
