ROHAAN is a six furlong winner last season off a mark of 102, and now competes here off 96 after running his best run since that win, last time out.

Sent off favourite he was beaten a length into third off this mark, he was in rear and rattled home to snatch a place, which is the norm with him.

He was seventh in this race last season off 104, and does need things to drop right, but they will go quick which will suit him, and hopefully this classy group winner can stay on to take a hand in the finish.

ARAMIS GREY is likely to be overlooked, but this seven year old mare could bag a big pot still.

She often stays on well like Rohaan which might suit her style in this type of race.

She’s done similar in at least three of her runs this season, and last time out went down by a neck in a competitive race at Windsor off a pound lower mark.

She’s on a fair weight, and her small yard had a winner recently, while the in-form Callum Shepard takes the ride.

The trip suits, and from stall 13 she has options from her draw, and hopefully the Silver Cup two races prior will show up which side to be on.

She’s worth a small each-way play in a wide open renewal.
