Joe Norris from GYTO Monday Stat Bet and Lucky 15 tips for today’s horse racing.
15:10 Listowel
I am pleasantly surprised to see CLEVER AND CUTE as big as 9/1 for this. She has shaped with clear promise in 3 runs to date and it is interesting that she has run over different trips each time. Now sent over 9f for the first time she could easily improve on handicap debut with an opening mark of 72 likely well within reach.

Jim Bolger has a decent place strike rate with handicap debutants this year too with 24% of them hitting the frame so the 2/1 to run into a place looks generous and is worthy of a decent bet.

- Dumb Love – Sedgefield 2.30
- Stash The Cash - Hamilton 4.08
- Trapalanda - Listowel 4.55
- Newfangled - Wolverhampton 8.30
Sedgefield 2.30 Dumb Love (11/4)
This should be a good opportunity for DUMB LOVE to get off the mark over hurdles. She has run well the last twice and was only actually beaten 3 lengths at Tramore last month. This looks easier and with Brian Hughes getting the leg up now I expect her to be hard to beat. Beny Nahar Road might need the run but could still be the danger.
Hamilton 4.08 Stash The Cash (10/3)
I know STASH THE CASH is on a bit of a losing run but he was denied just a neck at Carlisle last time and that form was franked yesterday with the winner Inanna going in again. He is 3lb higher but even if repeating that could take a bit of stopping. Keldeo was back in the winners enclosure at Catterick and is the main threat.
Listowel 4.55 Trapalanda (2/1)
Good looking colt TRAPALANDA bumped into Siege Of Troy on debut at the Curragh and then freshened up improved to go close at Roscommon last month going down just a length and a half. He is obviously unexposed over this trip so with further improvement to come should have a good chance to go one better against these.
Wolverhampton 8.30 Newfangled (11/4)
With 2 wins from his last 3 the progressive NEWFANGLED arrives at the top of his game. He is up another 5lb but it is hard to rule out further progress given his lightly raced profile and if he does step forward again then he is clearly the one to beat. Cuban Harry won over C&D when last seen and despite a 4lb rise looks the danger.
