Joe Norris from GYTO Sunday Stat Bet and Lucky 15 tips for today’s horse racing.
17:00 Kelso
It would be hard to back LOCAL DRAMA off the back of those 3 runs under Rules but he did show promise on his second start in a point to point so now sent handicapping off a mark of just 73 it would be no surprise to see him run a big race. James Turner has been booked for the ride and claims a useful 3lb off his back as well.
William Hill
- Solid in-play betting service
- Cash-in option to help increase profitability
- Excellent reputation within the UK betting-industry
Trainer Sue Smith has done well with handicap debutants this year saddling a winner and 3 placed efforts from just 12 runs so that gives more encouragement too and at the price he looks worth chancing in a race clearly lacking strength in depth.

Lucky 15 Tips Today
Today’s Lucky 15 from Joe Norris at GYTO pays 240/1 at the time of posting – a £1 Lucky 15 would return £650 from a £15 outlay.
- Electric Mason – Uttoxeter 1.50
- Oceanline - Kelso 2.05
- Technology - Killarney 3.25
- A Penny A Hundred - Tipperary 4.50
Uttoxeter 1.50 Electric Mason (7/2)
Ace Of Spades may well prove pretty useful for Dan and Harry Skelton but ELECTRIC MASON catches the eye for Chris Gordon. This horse looked good winning a bumper at Kempton at the start of the year and now switched to hurdling following 6 months off the track he could be quite a nice prospect for the yard. Ace Of Spades is the danger but Sonification is another one to note too.
Kelso 2.05 Oceanline (10/3)
Back down the weights over hurdles OCEANLINE has returned to form winning at Worcester on penultimate start and then he beat a nice prospect in Long Draw last month. That rival has since run well and looks to be improving so the form is decent. A further 7lb rise demands more but this is another good opportunity and the hat-trick may well beckon now.
Killarney 3.25 Technology (5/2)
That was a big run from TECHNOLOGY on debut for this yard and if he improves as expected he may well be able to get off the mark now. The field was well strung out in behind the last day and I don’t think he’ll need a great deal more to open his account. The Striker Dylan is in good form and could be the danger with the promise of more to come. Padraigs Boy is another one to note on his return.
Tipperary 4.50 A Penny A Hundred (5/2)
This is a competitive novice chase but it might be worth taking a chance on A PENNY A HUNDRED following up that Ballinrobe win a little over 3 weeks ago. She went to the front and made all quite convincingly and it wouldn’t surprise me if those were the tactics again. Willie Mullins is on a hat-trick in the race having won it with Authorized Art two years ago and Sharjah last year and they look to have a great chance again.
