Alan King's four-year-old was last seen finishing third at Newcastle on the level and, with a peak Flat rating of 100, he is an interesting recruit if he takes to hurdling.

Last-time-out winner Post Chaise has improved for the application of blinkers and the lack of headgear on his return to action tempers enthusiasm. With that in mind, it could be worth taking a punt on Nigel Twiston-Davies' BALLYCAMUS on his seasonal debut. The Naunton-based yard are flying at present and the seven-year-old looks to have more to offer over fences. C&D scorer The Boola Boss is feared most.

Hard As Nails also enters this sphere off what looks a fair rating and the Fergal O'Brien-trained mare isn't taken lightly. River Robe and Paddys Island have the form to feature as well.

Evan Williams' five-year-old might prove a different proposition over fences and it would be no surprise to see him return to winning ways. Bridget Mary is a point-to-point winner who is yet to taste success under Rules, but the switch to this chasing might bring out some improvement, so she is one to note. Of the remainder, Eric Carmen makes the most appeal.

Top Tier Gossip is a half-sister to Midnight River and would be of interest if the market speaks in her favour on her debut, along with fellow newcomer Ballymena Boy.
