Joe Norris from GYTO Sunday Stat Bet and Lucky 15 tips for today’s horse racing.
16:55 Sedgefield
On first look this seems quite a competitive handicap hurdle but once you dig deeper into the stats JARAMILLO looks hard to oppose. He has run twice at Sedgefield and has won both starts suggesting he has potential to be somewhat of a course specialist. His win last year was quite impressive making all the running and the front pair came miles clear from the rest. He again bolted up here to score by 12 lengths last month so clearly is seen to best effect at this track.
He has been beaten since but that came on the Flat so back over hurdles off a 9lb higher mark I think he can maintain his 100% record around here. The Navigator looks the one to give him most to think about.

- Power Under Me – Leopardstown 2.25
- In For The Night - Limerick 2.40
- Rubaud - Kempton 4.00
- Good Time Jonny - Sedgefield 4.20
Leopardstown 2.25 Power Under Me (3/1)
With 2 wins from his last 3 POWER UNDER ME comes here at the top of his game. He kept on strongly in deep ground at Tipperary and with this slight step back up in trip to a mile firmly in his favour I think he can strike again while the iron is hot. Norwalk Havoc has won over C&D in the past and is better than he showed at Newmarket so could be the danger.
14:40 Limerick
Limerick 2.40 In For The Night (3/1)
That was a career best from IN FOR THE NIGHT at Gowran last time and the form has been strongly franked since with the third and fourth both winning since. He has gone up 8lb but deservedly so and if he progresses again he should follow up despite this looking competitive. King Kali also arrives in winning form and is the main threat.
16:00 Kempton
Kempton 4.00 Rubaud (15/8)
The useful RUBAUD returned with a win in this last season and he looks a horse to catch best when fresh. He followed that up with another victory at Wincanton before bumping into Constitution Hill next time. He was highly tried all season so definitely don’t judge him too harshly on the subsequent defeats. Given time I expect him to get back on the up here. Casa No Mento looks on the upgrade and is the danger.
16:20 Sedgefield
Sedgefield 4.20 Good Time Jonny (10/3)
I know GOOD TIME JONNY hasn’t quite shown us what he is capable of over fences but he shaped better when third at Listowel last month and looks off a dangerous mark now going up markedly in distance. He has likely been targeted at this and I think he’ll run a big race under Sean Quinlan. Dripsey Moon is likeable and looks the danger but you can never rule out Tommie Beau who just seems to keep galloping.
