Tuesday Stat Bet
This is competitive but ULTRA BEAT catches the eye at 11/1. He is unexposed now sent handicapping and ran his best race to date on final start last season finishing third over hurdles at Ffos Las. He only went down a length and a bit at 150/1 so it was a huge step in the right direction. He goes over the larger obstacles now and should have plenty more to offer.

His trainer Henry Daly has already done well with handicap debutants this year saddling two winners and four placed efforts from just 15 runners so the stats back up the selection at a decent price too.

Lucky 15 Tips Today
Today’s Lucky 15 from Joe Norris at GYTO pays 94/1 at the time of posting – a £1 Lucky 15 would return £320 from a £15 outlay.
- Belliano – Chepstow 1.00
- Little Miss Dante - Bangor 1.50
- Captain Potter - Catterick 2.47
- Mu Mu Land - Newcastle 4.30
I rarely back debutants but I’ve heard good things about BELLIANO and this son of Black Sam Bellamy will be ready to go first time out. He cost £255,000 and could be a nice prospect to go to war with for the season ahead. The New Lion impressed winning a bumper readily back in April and looks another nice type and the obvious danger.
13:50 Bangor
Bangor 1.50 Little Miss Dante (5/2)
Despite pulling up the last twice LITTLE MISS DANTE is still armed with a fair bit of potential. She had done well initially over hurdles and having undergone wind surgery could be a mare to catch fresh. She goes handicapping now and it would be no surprise to see her run a big race. Could Be Trouble has won over C&D before and arrives in winning form so is the danger.
14:47 Catterick
Catterick 2.47 Captain Potter (11/8)
No surprise to see CAPTAIN POTTER clear favourite for this. He impressed getting back to winning ways over C&D at the start of the month and a 4lb rise seems more than fair so if in the same form should be able to follow up. Tarbat Ness isn’t one to fully trust but he has run well the last twice finishing runner-up and could be the one to give him most to think about.
16:30 Newcastle
Newcastle 4.30 Mu Mu Land (2/1)
Cable Bay colt MU MU LAND ran a big race beaten less than two lengths on debut and with the step up to 6f expected to suit he should be good enough to make the breakthrough now. Al Kazeem filly Run To My Side could only manage fourth on debut but was beaten just half a length so looks the danger. Debutant Always Eternal will be worth a market check as she is certainly bred to do quite well.
