Joe Norris from GYTO Sunday Stat Bet and Lucky 15 tips for today’s horse racing.
15:43 Huntingdon
With two runs under his belt now HORIZON D’OR should be hitting peak fitness and if he builds on that close second at Ludlow last month then I expect him to take a lot of beating in this. He went down just over a length at the line and only 4lb higher here looks sure to go close.
BetMGM UK
This trip seems to suit him well and once he was up and running last year he looked a progressive horse. He stays all day and remains off a good mark so despite his stable having started the season relatively quiet he still looks to have strong claims. With 17 runners heading to post 4 places are up for grabs too.

Lucky 15 Tips Today
Today’s Lucky 15 from Joe Norris at GYTO pays 700/1 at the time of posting – a £1 Lucky 15 would return £1,600 from a £15 outlay.
- Paggane – Cork 2.10
- Punta Del Este - Carlisle 2.18
- Empirestateofmind - Curragh 2.25
- Getaway Drumlee - Huntingdon 3.08
Cork 2.10 Paggane (7/2)
The step back up in trip should really help PAGGANE and I think this represents a good opportunity for her to get back in the winners enclosure. She was by no means disgraced bumping into an improver in World Of Fortunes at Listowel and if building on that again looks worth siding with. The Enabler was only beaten a couple of lengths on hurdles debut at Galway last month and looks the danger.
Curragh 2.25 Empirestateofmind (13/2)
I’m taking a chance on EMPIRESTATEOFMIND going in again. He finished nearer last than first at Newmarket but quickly left that behind to prevail by a nose at York and kept over a mile here should be able to go close again and looks decent value. Gleneagle Bay is unexposed and is likely open to further improvement so is probably the biggest danger. Indigo Five and Orandi are two others capable of getting competitive too.
Huntingdon 3.08 Getaway Drumlee (9/2)
I thought GETAWAY DRUMLEE would be shorter than 9/2 so he looks a decent bet here. He looked good over hurdles winning impressively at Fontwell and then was highly tried at Cheltenham on final start. He is armed with a lot of potential now going over the larger obstacles and may well prove good enough to make a winning start. Roaring Legend is favourite at the time of writing and is the most likely danger.
