Justin Landy's charge is expected to have improved for that spin and he may have too much for Shadowfax Of Rohan, who performed with credit on his first start for new connections at Perth in August and could go well on his hurdles bow. Chasingouttheblues should relish the step up in trip and is another to bear in mind.

The Churchill Lad pipped Caithness over C&D, with Dream Jet back in third, before finding only one too strong when attempting to follow up at Carlisle. There is more to come from him, but a chance is taken on the fitness of ONE MORE STROKE. Donald McCain's five-year-old was a promising novice hurdler earlier in the year and lost little in defeat on his handicap debut at Newcastle. He has the potential to make up into a much better chaser, certainly one who is capable of handling a mark of 115.

Grifter is better than he showed in that race, while A Day To Dream offered a bit more encouragement at Sedgefield.

In contrast, BERGENTOWN has handled a sound surface to occupy the runner-up berth on two of his last three outings and might be able to boost a moderate strike-rate. Dequall also arrives on the back of a second, over C&D last month, and should be in contention again.
