Graffiti made a pleasing return to this sphere when filling the runner-up spot in his grade at Fontwell in August, but this step up in distance is a slight concern. With that in mind, JACK THE SAVAGE gets the nod. Laura Horsfall's seven-year-old was far from disgraced in second at Hereford earlier in the month and goes off an unchanged mark. With a repeat of that performance, he could prove tough to beat. Well Done Dani is another to consider.
Prediction : 1st Jack The Savage 2nd Graffiti 3rd Well Done Dani

Global Esteem was well held in third at Ludlow last month, but he takes a drop in grade which can see him get closer. Even so, STAR LEGEND looks the one to be on. James Owen's five-year-old finished a fair fourth at Stratford when last seen in this sphere in July and goes off the same mark. It would be no surprise to see him regain the winning thread, while Stormin Crossgales is another to note.
Prediction : 1st Star Legend 2nd Global Esteem 3rd Stormin Crossgales

SUPER CITIZEN did well to get as close as he did when finishing second at Kelso in May. Lucinda Hughes' veteran has Brian Hughes booked on this occasion and he could prove hard to beat. The Wolf hit the woodwork in this grade at Southwell in June and could get into contention, while Special Acceptance is another to take seriously after his second at Uttoxeter last month.
Prediction : 1st Super Citizen 2nd The Wolf 3rd Special Acceptance

LELOOPA impressed when scoring with the minimum of fuss over 2m at Hereford last month, and she should prove tough to stop with a reproduction of that effort. Granny B remains unexposed over hurdles and is expected to better her sixth over 2m at Ludlow last month. Fifth behind the selection last time out, A Little Something will need to find more.
Prediction : 1st Leloopa 2nd Granny B 3rd A Little Something

CAMINO ROCIO appeared to appreciate the application of a visor (retained) when running out a ready winner over 2m4f at Wincanton last month, and the suspicion is that a 7lb rise may not be enough to anchor him. Lunar Ocean shaped with plenty of credit when finishing runner-up on his chasing debut over 2m3f at Market Rasen recently and he must enter calculations off an unchanged mark. My Mate Polly is also noteworthy.
Prediction : 1st Camino Rocio 2nd Lunar Ocean 3rd My Mate Polly

NORMAN FLETCHER was narrowly denied under this rider when he returned from a break with a good second-placed finish at Cheltenham last month and must have every chance of going one better this time. Black Hawk Eagle has a similar profile to the selection and is another must for consideration, while Klitschko is respected off a competitive mark on his debut for a new yard.
Prediction : 1st Norman Fletcher 2nd Black Hawk Eagle 3rd Klitschko

The gutsy winner of a similar event over this C&D last month, NOBLE MISS showed a good attitude when popped a question and that attribute can stand her in good stead under a penalty. Given that Playaway Girl and Gaelic Choir need to improve, perhaps Jamie Snowden's newcomer Lady Tadita, who is a half-sister to a bumper winner, can give the selection the most think about.
Prediction : 1st Noble Miss 2nd Lady Tadita 3rd Playaway Girl
