A drop in trip and the application of blinkers may work for TAM LIN, who looks to be racing off a nice weight in this. The Starspangledbanner gelding hinted at ability in maidens, particularly when third at Naas last month. He faded late on on his handicap debut here a fortnight ago and faces an easier task now. William F Browne is top rated in the field off his mark of 78 but has to give just over a stone to the selection, who is rated 10lb inferior. Your Call ran a big race when second in a nursery here a fortnight ago and is another that has to be considered.
Prediction : 1st Tam Lin 2nd William F Browne 3rd Your Call

A trappy-looking race with a few of these having had plenty of chances. SACRED OATH ran well on her first visit here a fortnight ago and may be able to get her head in front now. The Lope De Vega filly chased home Genoah over the extended 1m2f and dropping back in may suit, having been collared in the closing stages then. Ina Mina is top rated off her mark of 77 and looks an obvious danger. She has been placed five times since joining Ken Condon and makes her all-weather debut. Quatrain is another with some solid placed form that has to come into calculations.
Prediction : 1st Sacred Oath 2nd Ina Mina 3rd Quatrain

LUNIGIANA should prove hard to beat here if running anywhere near her mark of 82. The Willie McCreery-trained filly has run up a bit of a frustrating sequence of placed efforts but has some solid form in the book. She got a bump at the start last time in Navan, before staying on strongly close home, and this looks like a prime opportunity to open her account. Moonhall Lass is the danger according to the handicapper. She was no match for easy winner Eclairage here last week. Aviatrice has been runner-up on her last couple of outings here and is another for the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Lunigiana 2nd Moonhall Lass 3rd Aviatrice

ELEGANT MADAME has had a little break since chasing home easy winner Bucaneer's Spirit at Cork in mid-August and deserves to get her head in front. The Inns Of Court filly has been placed on her last three outings, including a good run here in July when second to Tokenomics. Dropping back to 6f now may do the trick. Never Shout Never ran a big race when second at the Curragh earlier in the month and could be a danger now, trying the all-weather for the first time. Sporting Hero won over course and distance on his penultimate outing before a solid effort to finish third over five here 16 days ago. He is entitled to run well again.
Prediction : 1st Elegant Madame 2nd Never Shout Never 3rd Sporting Hero

ASCENDING showed some useful placed form over hurdles last season, including when third to No Flies On Him in a 28-runner Leopardstown maiden last Christmas and has filled the runner-up spot on both outings since returning to the Flat including behind Smooth Tom over 1m4f at the Curragh last month. Henry de Bromhead holds a strong hand as he's also represented by Miss Paloma who has gained both of her previous wins at this venue including over 1m4f in July. She's been placed on her latest two starts and is worth a try over this longer trip. Persian Bliss made a successful debut over an extended 1m2f here last month but has disappointed since and this trip is a step into the unknown.
Prediction : 1st Ascending 2nd Miss Paloma 3rd Persian Bliss

CROSS BORDER gets the vote to add to a maiden win over C&D earlier this year. The selection can be a frustrating sort as he needs to be held up for a late run and was having his second run for Gavin Cromwell when just failing to collect over 6f here last Friday with Senado Square, winner of this corresponding race last year, over four lengths behind. Realtin Fantasy showed good pace throughout when scoring here 12 months ago and should be spot on after some recent runs, while Livingston Range had a number of these rivals behind when third to My Girl Sioux here earlier this month.
Prediction : 1st Cross Border 2nd Realtin Fantasy 3rd Livingston Range

L'IMMORTALE showed much improved form when switched to this surface and fitted with a tongue tie last time finishing third to Trishuli River over C&D. The selection had Numidia and Omakase behind in fourth and fifth respectively and has solid claims if backing up that effort. Barretstown is an obvious threat having been raised just 4lb after recording a third course win earlier this month, while Designer Cailin was placed on her penultimate start over 1m2f at Navan but lost any chance at the start here last time. Ranko Express won at Gowran last year for Andy Slattery and now returns to the Killenaule trainer after a period with Kevin Coleman.
Prediction : 1st Limmortale 2nd Barretstown 3rd Designer Cailin

20:30 Dundalk

JAWHARY won over 1m2f for Owen Burrows and has edged down to an attractive mark after joining Ado McGuinness this year. The selection has gone close on his latest two starts over C&D including when losing out to Trishuli River in a very tight finish. There is little to choose between Wishes And Dreams and Gardone on running behind The World's Astage here last week, while Warazam likes to race up with the pace and beat all bar Lord Talbot here last time with Aljadel and Knock Flyer both well behind. A Daughtersdelight has been tried over a variety of trips and can't be lightly discounted.
Prediction : 1st Jawhary 2nd Trishuli River 3rd Wishes And Dreams
