Trainer Emma Lavelle has hit form (near 30% strike rate in the past fortnight) and THE LONG POINT definitely catches the eye now handicapping for the first time at Kempton on Friday. This 6yo made a bright start under Rules winning a bumper at Huntingdon and has shown promise both starts over hurdles since. Stepping up in trip off a mark of 107 we could see a big run here. Emma Lavelle has done well with these types too saddling 2 winners and 8 places from 21 runners which has returned a profit so 8/1 looks too big as does anything over 2/1 to hit the frame.
