KARAMOJA didn't give her true running at Limerick over Christmas and is worth another chance. She had shaped with promise when third, behind smart stablemate Karafon, on her Irish debut here earlier that month. Having also been placed in Listed company in France she has shown enough to make her hard to beat here if in top form. Reina Del Mar takes a drop in class now having been well held in Listed company last time. She had been runner-up to a decent sort in Blue Mosque on her hurdling debut and is entitled to play a bigger role now. Twentyfourcarrot ran well despite being no match for Grainne A Chroi here last month and may reach the frame again.Prediction : 1st Karamoja 2nd Reina Del Mar 3rd Twentyfourcarrot
13:10 Clonmel
ADDRAGOOLE sets a good standard off his mark of 123 and can gain a deserved win. The Gatewood gelding was runner-up five times to start his career before finishing mid-division in a Leopardstown handicap. He was booked for second again here last month when taking a tired fall at the last, behind Funiculi Funicula, and can get his turn now. Saint Le Fort looks an obvious danger on his return. He was runner-up in a maiden hurdle at Roscommon when last seen in late September. Yoradreamer disappointed on his sole bumper start at Fairyhouse early last year but, given his connections, has to be respected on his hurdling debut.Prediction : 1st Addragoole 2nd Saint Le Fort 3rd Yoradreamer
13:45 Clonmel
It's interesting that BALLYGUNNER CASTLE takes such a big jump up in trip now. The Soldier Of Fortune gelding didn't appear to have the same gears as his rivals over two miles in a hot little rated novice hurdle at Navan last month. He won his bumper over 2m3f so staying trips were always likely to bring out the best in him over timber. It looks like a match between him and Ballybow. The Gigginstown gelding won well at Naas last time and may also appreciate going further now. The lowly rated Kalnoo only needs to complete in her own time to pick up black-type.Prediction : 1st Ballygunner Castle 2nd Ballybow 3rd Kalnoo
14:20 Clonmel
SNOW PUNT was travelling nicely when getting the fourth-last hurdle wrong and crashing out at Limerick late last month. He had run well previously when second at the same venue over Christmas and looks capable of landing one of these now off his current mark. Apologise comes here on a hat-trick and looks the obvious danger. He beat the selection at Limerick over Christmas when making his first start for Gary McGill. The bargain buy is 4lb worse off with his rival now for a half-length success so there shouldn't be much between them again. Robindevidastar also comes here in fine form and is another for the shortlist.Prediction : 1st Snow Punt 2nd Apologise 3rd Robindevidastar
14:55 Clonmel
Stepping up in trip should suit FRENCH HILL and she looks capable of landing a race off this kind of mark. The Kingston Hill mare was staying-on when fourth to Thisistheway on her last outing at Down Royal and goes a couple of furlongs further now. Aclass has run well on his last couple of outings and looks like an obvious contender here, despite a 5lb rise for his latest effort. Simply Shabra makes his first outing since being brought down at Limerick last May. He's capable off this kind of mark and Aine O'Connor is a positive booking in this amateur contest.Prediction : 1st French Hill 2nd Aclass 3rd Simply Shabra
15:30 Clonmel
BOSSOFTHEBUS was a good winner on his last visit here and may be able to follow up. The Hillstar gelding made all last time over course and distance and a 7lb rise for that victory doesn't look harsh. Darragh Allen takes a useful 7lb off his back now. Chainofconsequence ran a solid race when fourth over fences here last month. He could be a contender now off a lower mark over timber. Person Of Interest didn't appear to see out a longer trip at Punchestown last time and Barry O'Neill is a noteworthy booking for him now. He's another for the shortlist.Prediction : 1st Bossofthebus 2nd Chainofconsequence 3rd Person Of Interest
16:05 Clonmel
CAYD BOY has dropped a few pounds after his run at Fairyhouse and looks capable of winning a race off this mark. Liz Doyle's charge ran well last month, leading until before the final fence and may have finished a bit closer but for a mistake at the last. He has been given a chance having been eased 5lb. Jay Pee M drops back in trip having won his beginners chase over 2m4f at Cork last month. The shorter trip shouldn't be an issue and he is a leading contender again as the form of that victory has worked out well. Zurich is still unexposed after just two runs for Henry de Bromhead and is another to note.Prediction : 1st Cayd Boy 2nd Jay Pee M 3rd Zurich
16:35 Clonmel
BANPRIONSA ran a big race on her chase debut at Down Royal over Christmas and her mares' allowance looks a big plus here in this restricted contest. She only lost out by a head and a neck to Global Export in a tight finish that day and is entitled to improve a bit from that outing. Union Station was only a moderate fourth on his chase debut at Gowran but is entitled to come on from that run. On his hurdles form, he'd play a big role in this company. El Champo is more experienced than most of his rivals and was a solid third in handicap company last time. He is another who should get involved.Prediction : 1st Banprionsa 2nd Union Station 3rd El Champo
