The five-year-old can get off the mark under Rules at the main expense of Rock On Cowboy, who wasn't beaten far when third over slightly further at Hereford recently. Jack To Bat cannot be ruled out either.

It may have only been a match race that BALLYGELLY won last time at Fakenham, but she did so in impressive fashion and conditions should suit as she looks to double up. Ceolwulf won gamely over 2m4f here last month and he may well improve for going back up in distance, while Jukebox D'eddy and Moonlight Artist have the form to get involved in proceedings as well.

PRINCE IMPERIAL continues to go from strength to strength and a mark of 122 on his return to handicap company may prove lenient, having won three of his four starts since joining the Olly Murphy yard. A taking winner of a three-runner contest at Plumpton last time, Hecouldbetheone looks fairly treated off 1lb higher, while Ballybegg returned to form with a narrow defeat over an extended 2m5f at Ludlow most recently.

BROTHER BORIS was a respectable third in a class 4 handicap at Plumpton earlier in the month and has been kindly dropped 2lb for that performance. Harry Cobden now takes over in the plate and the six-year-old can capitalise on a career-low mark. Gwennie May Jem finished a fair second over C&D last time and should remain competitive off the same rating, while Superstylin is the pick of the remainder.

Supremely West finished midfield in a stronger event at Haydock in February and should go well, but the forecast good ground may be against him. With that in mind, IKARAK gets the nod. Olly Murphy's gelding finished a fair fifth at Chepstow last time and it would be no surprise to see him take advantage of an unchanged mark. Captain Morgs is another to keep an eye on.

Carrigmoorna Rowan didn't see out 3m at Uttoxeter on his fencing bow but he could fare better now eased in trip, while Wincanton scorer Abingworth appeals most of the remainder.

Dan Skelton won this race 12 months ago with Ace Of Spades and he saddles three this time around in his continued assault on the trainers championship. Jollie Dame, who cost 100,000 pounds as a three-year-old, a half-sister to the useful Walk In The Brise, is perhaps most appealing of his trio, but a chance is taken on FRESH KICKS. Nicky Henderson's new recruit was picked up for 95,000 pounds after finishing a narrow second between the flags in November and, with an interesting pedigree, it would come as no surprise were he good enough. Others to note include Pioneer Pete, Orderoftheday and Big Boy Barney.
