Four Adaay sports cheekpieces for the first time and should go well from a handy draw, along with Moe's Legacy, who returns from a 134-day absence on a competitive mark.

Pysanka recorded a comfortable success over C&D recently and while respected under the penalty, preference is for TAPIS ROUGE. Sir Mark Prescott's charge showed promise on each of his three qualifying runs and does not look overburdened by an opening mark of 62, with a step up in trip likely to unlock considerable improvement. Artavian was on target at Windsor when last seen in October and is another to note.

Zooks continues to churn out solid performances at this level and is unlikely to be far away once again, while connections will be hopeful that first-time blinkers can work the oracle for Emaculate Soldier.

The latter caught the eye finishing strongly for fourth at Lingfield last week and will be hard to keep out of the frame, while Nightbird will be sharper for a recent comeback and is not out of it either.

Bungle Bay failed in his bid to land a hat-trick last time, although he cannot be ruled out with any confidence. However, PESSOA won over course and distance before going close over a longer trip here, and Adrian Wintle's charge looks worth sticking with in his current frame of mind. Penny's Spirit posted a better effort on her handicap bow and has the scope for further improvement.
