Cases can be stated for several of these and the shortlist includes Stella Hogan, Mbappe and Got No Dollars, who are all previous course winners that don't have much to find at this level. Preference, however, is for ADACE, who is handicapped to go well off just 2lb above her last winning mark and has her claims enhanced further by Zacharia Clarke claiming 7lb from the saddle.
Prediction : 1st Adace 2nd Stella Hogan 3rd Mbappe

NANDITA, whose price rose from 165,000gns as a foal to 725,000gns as a yearling, showed ability when introduced at Yarmouth a fortnight ago and is sure to be wiser now she has the benefit of experience. Her yard has won two of the last four editions of this race and appears to have another live wire on their hands. Palmeira is the pick of the other two with experience, while Mood Queen and Selmiya are interesting newcomers to consider.
Prediction : 1st Nandita 2nd Palmeira 3rd Mood Queen

Dr Strangelove was a 16/1 winner on his debut here last month and is unlikely to be as underestimated in the betting tonight, despite stepping up in trip and picking up a penalty. However, there are a couple of notable debutants on show and it could be worth placing faith in the potential held by KYOTO, who cost 220,000 euros and is a half-brother to dual Group 3 winner Spinning Memories. Support in the betting for the well-bred Grey Soul could also be significant.
Prediction : 1st Kyoto 2nd Grey Soul 3rd Dr Strangelove

NUTMEG's stamina appeared to ebb away when weakening into eighth over 1m at Newbury last month and he makes plenty of appeal reverting to 7f and the all-weather. George Scott's inmate had previously posted a good second on his debut at Southwell and a reproduction of that performance may see him open his account. Both Of Us, a half-brother to the highly-rated Spangled Mac, is a potential fly in the ointment on his opening bid and market support must be noted. Uniting is the pick of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Nutmeg 2nd Both Of Us 3rd Uniting

A wide draw and 6f distance were enough to thwart FORCE AND VALOUR at Chester earlier this month but he makes plenty of appeal on his return to the all-weather. The Mehmas gelding looked one to follow when scoring at Newcastle as a juvenile and his subsequent efforts in Meydan were more than respectable. Handicap debutant Critical Aclaim supplemented three runner-up efforts with a breakthrough triumph at Brighton 20 days ago and he's feared most, ahead of Binhareer.
Prediction : 1st Force And Valour 2nd Critical Aclaim 3rd Binhareer

Having displayed a determined attitude to complete the double at Windsor 30 days ago, Kinetic warrants respect in her hat-trick bid. A 4lb higher mark is unlikely to forestall another bold effort from James Owen's filly, but MISS DOLLY ROCKER may prove slightly better handicapped. The five-year-old looked to find her third-placed stable bow over 1m2f at Ascot on the sharp side and tonight's extra quarter-mile trip looks ideal, with Jack Dace good value for his 7lb claim, too. Silver Nightfall and Elterwater are also noted.
Prediction : 1st Miss Dolly Rocker 2nd Kinetic 3rd Silver Nightfall

This is more competitive than the four-runner contest Haku landed at Wolverhampton latest. Mark Loughnane's charge merits respect under a 5lb penalty nonetheless, but preference is for TROJAN STORM. The low-mileage four-year-old sprang somewhat of a surprise when winning at odds of 18-1 at Dunstall Park in February but a 4lb rise looks fair and he can prove that was no fluke. Turquino was too keen to do himself justice at Ascot recently but he remains of interest, as does Way Of Life, who got up on the line over 1m3f here last time.
Prediction : 1st Trojan Storm 2nd Haku 3rd Turquino

Gooloogong (winner) had the benefit of a recent run when defeating both CAPONE (second) and Kingdom Of Stars (fourth) over C&D recently, but it is the second-named who is fancied to come out on top this time. The veteran performer had attracted market support that day and if stepping forward for that reappearance, he may well go one place better. The booking of Oisin Murphy is noteworthy, too.
Prediction : 1st Capone 2nd Gooloogong 3rd Kingdom Of Stars
