Lots to consider in this race the one I’m quite keen on is JUMBEAU. She tends to save her best for this time of year as her form figures in May reads 331. She’s only a pound higher than when winning at Windsor last May and is a pretty consistent handicapper.

Five times she’s run off this mark of 85 and five times she’s placed with form reading 22233. I just think with four places widely on offer, she’s a cracking each-way value at around 12/1.

I think SUENO for the Gosden and Ryan Moore combo has a cracking chance. She shaped promisingly when third on debut at Nottingham in October on soft ground before accounting for Cadarn at Wolverhampton with plenty to spare.

The runner-up has won twice since, while the third, Clockmaker, won last time out. I liked her comeback effort when stepped up to Listed company at Goodwood following an absence of nearly seven months. This stiff course should really suit and I think she has strong claims and will be this week’s podcast NAP.
