John O'Shea's eight-year-old hasn't been the most consistent in recent starts but he remains well handicapped from only 2lb higher and looks to have an excellent chance of going in again. Joy Choi finished third that day and is respected on 3lb better terms, while Savannah Smiles and Outer Edge are others to consider.

WATEEN hit the woodwork on her debut in April before going on to occupy the same position at Doncaster three weeks ago. That latest effort sets the standard and, if finding further progress, she could break her maiden. Starman filly Flowerhead shaped with promise when filling the runner-up spot at Wolverhampton on her racecourse bow recently and is respected switched to turf, along with Sinj, who has previous course experience on her side.

Although INDIAN SPIRIT could only manage second when sent off a warm favourite at Leicester last month, he can be given another chance here. Now in the care of George Boughey having left Charlie Hills recently, he could be underestimated by an opening mark of 79. High On Hope continues to knock at the door and is unlikely to be far away, while Southwell winner Worthington Lake, who makes her return from a 201-day absence, is also noted.

MUMS TIPPLE won readily at York last weekend and appears suitably placed to cope with a 6lb higher mark, especially as Alec Voikhansky eases that burden with his 3lb claim. Ray Vonn is an intriguing each-way option given he is unexposed over 7f and should appreciate the forecast ground. Similar comments also apply to Ten Club, who won over 6f here last month and is only 3lb higher.

LHEBAYEB is tough and consistent for this grade and, having won off higher marks in the past, she reverts to turf with a decent chance of adding to her tally. Alice's Impact is another appealing option on the back of landing a classified event at Wolverhampton in March. David Evans' filly is off a feasible rating and returns to handicaps with solid claims. Marisitta and Letter Of The Law complete the shortlist.

EYE OF THE WATER is very well handicapped based on past exploits and appeals after showing some of his old sparkle when a close third over 7f here eight days ago. Reverting to a mile shouldn't be an issue and there are solid foundations for another bold showing. King of The Dance has a similar profile and won't need to raise his game by much to break his duck on turf. Glen Esk and Brave Display hold each-way prospects.

ROACH POWER showed a lot more when making the frame at Kempton last month and he was kindly dropped 1lb for that effort. Michael Wigham's six-year-old competes off a career-low rating and could take full advantage. Diamond Cottage returned to winning ways over C&D last time and holds an obvious chance, while Lequinto is another to keep an eye on.

MARIOENTO hit the crossbar over C&D on his latest outing and the handicapper could have given him a chance by only raising him 1lb. The son of Farhh may only need to reproduce that level of form in order to go one better. Offiah's Boy took the silver medal home at Leicester prior to being well beaten at Windsor last time, but he might be worth another chance. Fiddlers Green looks best of the rest.
