A tad unlucky when short of room and eventually finishing fourth at Windsor, VENTURA DREAM could be primed to strike off 2lb lower with in-form amateur jockey Brodie Hampson taking over in the saddle. Runner-up on his last two starts, including here last month, Sonic Pioneer is expected to be thereabouts again, as is I Follow Rivers, who scored twice on the all-weather before a Bath second. King Of Speed and Sense Of Worth cannot be ruled out either.
Prediction : 1st Ventura Dream 2nd Sonic Pioneer 3rd I Follow Rivers

By an established sprinting sire in the shape of Mayson, SANNY DOO may be clued-in enough on debut to land this contest for a stable that has a good record here. Fresh from a successful week at Royal Ascot, Andrew Balding takes the wraps off Antique Blue, although his pedigree suggests this trip could be slightly sharp first time out. Special Dividend is another to note from a family that his stable has had recent success with.
Prediction : 1st Sanny Doo 2nd Antique Blue 3rd Special Dividend

SANDS OF DUBAI seemed to be getting the hang of things when runner-up at Hamilton and stepping up to 6f on her handicap debut could prove ideal for the returning daughter of Sands Of Mali. She is narrowly preferred to C&D scorer Rogue Dancer and Shiplake, who makes his first start since a determined success at Newcastle last November. Queue Dos and Rock N Roll Rocket may also have a say in proceedings.
Prediction : 1st Sands Of Dubai 2nd Shiplake 3rd Rogue Dancer

LECHUGA LAD ran a lot better than his odds of 25/1 suggested he would when getting up for third in this grade at Yarmouth. The four-year-old competes off an unchanged rating and could take full advantage. Corundum finished a length behind the selection in fourth last time and is 1lb better off so has to be considered. Molly Valentine is a C&D winner who also warrants plenty of respect.
Prediction : 1st Lechuga Lad 2nd Corundum 3rd Molly Valentine

CALL ME BETTY relished the step up to this distance when filling the runner-up spot at Thirsk earlier in the month and she will have plenty of improvement in her. The daughter of Sands Of Mali might only need to reproduce that level of form in order to get off the mark. Ribston Pippin could only manage fifth on his racecourse bow at Lingfield, but he could take a step forward to have a say. Uncle Simon looks best of the rest.
Prediction : 1st Call Me Betty 2nd Ribston Pippin 3rd Uncle Simon

ARBOREOUS has occupied the runner-up berth on each of his last two starts, most recently at Kempton, and Hollie Doyle is back on board. Archie Watson's charge sets the standard with an official rating of 80 and could put his experience to good use. Bint Mohaather showed ability when fifth at Chelmsford last September and she could produce a much improved display. Newcomer Angel Army warrants a market check.
Prediction : 1st Arboreous 2nd Bint Mohaather 3rd Angel Army

BOLD SUITOR will be hard to keep out of the finish. A winner here back in March, Craig Benton's charge has placed in four of his subsequent five starts and this looks an easier opportunity than when runner-up at the track last time. Star Of Atlantis scored over the extended mile here in May, but she has a bit to find with the selection on latest running so Evoluir may emerge as the main danger.
Prediction : 1st Bold Suitor 2nd Evoluir 3rd Star Of Atlantis

ADVERTORIAL struggled to get involved over shorter trips last term, but she looked a different proposition when scoring over C&D on her reappearance. Ed Dunlop's inmate has been raised 3lb for that success, but has the scope to rate higher with further improvement likely. A respectable third at Leicester recently, Respiro Solitario could also relish this greater test of stamina, while Jedhi Knight is worth a second look.
Prediction : 1st Advertorial 2nd Respiro Solitario 3rd Jedhi Knight
