The Quinns' four-year-old got up for third in this grade at Ayr last time and competes off an unchanged rating. With Jack Nicholls claiming a handy 7lb, he could be the one to side with.

Christopher Mason's mare makes grand appeal off an unchanged mark and compensation could be imminent. Chief Mankato also arrives on the back of a good recent effort having filled the runner-up spot at Windsor and isn't taken lightly. The four-year-old may serve the most resistance to the selection, ahead of fellow in-form rival Dapperling.

An extra furlong and 4lb rise is unlikely to prevent another bold bid from the daughter of Due Diligence and she's taken to follow up. Last month's Yarmouth runner-up Zaman Daar arrives on the back of his best finishing position of the season and should be in the mix once more, along with Four Adaay.

Runner-up on three of his last four starts, including last time out over C&D, FISHERMANS COTTAGE deserves a change in luck and he can get that on this occasion in a winnable contest. A respectable third on her first start for new connections at Bath, A Lady Forever is capable of being in the shake-up, as well as Midnight Call, who may be suited by dropping back in distance.
