There was plenty to like about ELLY BAY's debut third at Leopardstown. Johnny Murtagh's charge kept on nicely that day and looks to have plenty going for her here. Joseph O'Brien runs a pair of fillies in newcomer Full of Notions and Cuban Princess. The former made good money at the sales and looks the pick on jockey bookings, while the latter is likely to improve from a mid-division debut at the Curragh in May. Red Autumn was behind Elly Bay in seventh at Leopardstown, but could get closer.
Prediction : 1st Elly Bay 2nd Full of Notions 3rd Cuban Princess

ENDLESS DAWN's fifth in a higher grade at the Curragh has been endorsed in no uncertain terms with the winner, runner-up and the fourth all obliging on their next starts. Undefeatable suffered a troubled route at Down Royal, so did well to be pipped by just a nose and a head into third. He would have to be a serious threat off the same mark. Merchants Arch, who was a beaten favourite when third at Limerick, and Sovereign Banter both have solid chances.
Prediction : 1st Endless Dawn 2nd Undefeatable 3rd Merchants Arch

CARRICKFINN dictated when second at Gowran last time and was only collared in the closing stages with the front pair clear of the remainder. The handicapper has had their say, however, Terry Casey is able to utilise his full 10lb claim in this race. Carvalhal had a consistent June with a trio of third places banked. Eagles Whistle could build on a fair third over further at Leopardstown, while Navorrosse is far from out of contention.
Prediction : 1st Carrickfinn 2nd Carvalhal 3rd Eagles Whistle

PARKSIDE LAD attracted some support for his debut in a Curragh maiden in May and showed promise in fifth. He was next seen in a decent race at Navan, where he improved a place into fourth and could have more to offer here. Call Margot made her debut in Listed class at the Curragh and has since finished fifth in a valuable novice at Carlisle, which has been well franked. Believe In Glory went over to Hamilton to take second, while Star Of Sapphire and Plushy are newcomers that could feature.
Prediction : 1st Parkside Lad 2nd Call Margot 3rd Believe In Glory

BILLIE BE QUICK got the gaps she needed at Down Royal and finished her race off well to score last month. The handicapper put her up 6lb for that success, but that may not be enough to stop her. Aurora Nova was a ready winner also at Down Royal most recently and took the honours on her last visit to Bellewstown in April, so is clearly going the right way. Kilmood Susan is back in handicap company after delivering in a Cork maiden and is next best.
Prediction : 1st Billie Be Quick 2nd Aurora Nova 3rd Kilmood Susan

Runner-up MAXWELL SMART got to within three-quarters of a length of a well-backed winner over 1m5f at Navan and that was a highly-creditable effort. That run wasn't out of the blue as on his penultimate start over the same C&D, he put in a decent fifth place. Lariat ran a stormer on stable debut when second over flights at Listowel and he's on a very-lowly mark if he can transfer some of that ability to the Flat. Nicola Burns steered Randall Poets Lass to fourth at Fairyhouse in June and the pair are reunited here.
Prediction : 1st Maxwell Smart 2nd Lariat 3rd Randall Poets Lass

Narrowly denied over a furlong further at Listowel last time, LARK IN THE MORNIN can gain compensation. The Joseph O'Brien-trained gelding made much of the running on that occasion before ultimately being outstayed close home. Dropping back slightly in trip looks a wise move now, while the booking of leading amateur John Gleeson also catches the eye. He was on board the winner of that aforementioned Listowel race. Weston is a capable rival who is certain to put it up to the selection. Trainer Harry Rogers does well at this track and the six-year-old is a smart horse on his day. Recent Leopardstown third Arch Empire won't be far away if coping with the shorter trip.
Prediction : 1st Lark In The Mornin 2nd Weston 3rd Arch Empire
