The booking of Colin Keane aboard VOCAL LEGEND catches the eye and this progressive son of Dark Angel looks the one to beat following a 1lb rise for a strong runner-up effort at Doncaster last month. Narrowly denied on his only attempt over this trip in January, Kiniro has been running with credit of late and must have a say, along with the returning Ruff Justice, who has won two of her four career outings. Cairdeas and Woodstock cannot be ruled out either.

SOMETHING SPLENDID has done well since joining the Peter Chapple-Hyam stable and this looks like an ideal opportunity to get off the mark following a narrow defeat over C&D last time. A 2lb rise for that effort looks manageable and the son of Postponed may have too much for Tolerance, who has the potential to improve for the step up in trip following a creditable third over 7f here recently. Boubyan and Winston's Warrior have the form to get involved in proceedings as well.

A capable sort on his day, King Chaos is another to consider, as well as Golden Circet, if turning up here after an engagement in the 19.58 at Epsom on Wednesday.
