Disappointing on his hurdling debut at Killarney in May, the Denis Hogan-trained Tatateo ran much better second time up when finishing third at Punchestown last month. He, too, should be all the better for those initial outings. Barrow Ranger has also shown enough to suggest that he can get involved for Shark and Paddy Hanlon.

Former point-to-point winner QUARRY TIEPY can strike on her third start for trainer Willie Mullins. Although yet to reach the frame on two starts under Rules, the daughter of Leading Light is in the right hands to win races. Perhaps, the decision to drop the eight-year-old back in trip for the first time will pay dividends.Cj's Darling has plenty of room for improvement after just the two career starts. Badly hampered and unseating on her introduction at Punchestown in June, the Gavin Cromwell-trained mare showed a hint of promise when finishing mid-division at this track last time. Restless Lady, who has only had the six starts to date, is another capable of stepping forward in an ordinary contest.

Successful on her hurdling debut at Naas in April, FIVER FRIDAY can add to those gains. A decent performer on the Flat, the Paul Traynor-trained mare has won four times in that discipline. An encouraging fifth in the Ladies Derby at the Curragh last time, she returns to jumping off a potentially lenient handicap mark. Given her proven turn of foot, the five-year-old should be ideally suited to the make up of this race. Following a promising first run for connections here last month, Spick And Span has to be of interest. Despite failing to win from 18 starts thus far, the James Fahey-trained eight-year-old has finished runner-up on five occasions. Radar Ahead also enters calculations on handicap debut.

Desert Haven looks well enough handicapped to make the breakthrough over flights. Runner-up at Ballinrobe last time, the Noel Meade-trained gelding was subsequently raised 3lb for that effort. However with Neil Ryan taking over in the saddle now, the five-year-old can actually race off 4lb lower than at the Mayo track. Twice a winner on the Flat, this looks a nice opportunity for the Oasis Dream gelding to open his account under National Hunt rules. Recent course and distance winner Shudawudacuddagh has to be considered returning to the scene of that success. A lightly-raced son of Well Chosen, he doesn't look too badly treated. Bossing It and Sargent Lightfoot also both arrive here in decent form.

The Norman Lee-trained LADIAM can follow up her recent win over this course and distance. Always up with the pace, the mare led before the second last, before staying on strongly to score. Given her prominent racing style, the eight-year-old is ideally suited to tight right-handed turning tracks. Indeed, her only previous career victory also came at this venue, where she won her maiden hurdle. Cornmarket is an interesting contender on his second start for trainer John Cullen. Having never reached the frame in 16 previous attempts, the gelding scored over course and distance on his recent stable debut. Tramore chase winner Aussie Warrior is also worth considering off a lower hurdles mark.

Keeping on nicely from off the pace, the mare pressed the winner approaching the second last, before those efforts took their toll close home. Successful at this track in the past, the daughter of Champs Elysees holds leading claims under Gavin Brouder. Fortune The Brave must also enter calculations in first-time blinkers. A former bumper winner, the John McConnell-trained gelding showed his best form in a long while when second at Hexham last month. Spellacy's Cross is another with his chance, having stayed on strongly when runner-up at Roscommon earlier this week.

SHADOWS OF MY MIND was well backed on debut at Tipperary last autumn when just failing to score for Pat Doyle. The form of that bumper hasn't worked out particularly well since, but the daughter of Jukebox Jury has since joined the champion trainer and it will be interesting to see how strong she is in the market following an absence of nine months. Sing My Story is far more experienced having run in point-to-points, bumpers and over hurdles. She put in a solid effort last time when fifth behind the selection's stablemate Al Arrivee over C&D and looks the chief threat. Point-to-point winner Richieandsams Lady makes her debut under Rules.
