Having filled the runner-up spot at Nottingham and Windsor last month, compensation could be on the horizon for SCHRODINGER'S CAT. The son of Ardad is improving on the job and should put his experience to good use. Desert Treasure, a half-sister to smart miler Johan, is a potential fly in the ointment on her opening bid and the betting market may reveal expectations. Arctic Wind completes the shortlist.

Dropping 2lb in the ratings could prove very lenient for Mike Murphy's charge and he is narrowly preferred to Court Of Session, who was a creditable third himself over C&D last time. Coolagh Magic and Thomas Equinas have the form to get involved in proceedings as well.

A taking winner over 2m at Les Landes in Jersey last time, ALL COST could be well treated on his return to British shores and his previous effort when third at Windsor was respectable too. The son of Iffraaj may have too much for Marinakis, who has dropped back to a mark just 1lb higher than his latest success at Wolverhampton in February. Fen Tiger ran well despite a poor start at Lingfield most recently and he is another to consider for relatively new connections.

Running off the same mark as when beaten a neck at Doncaster last time, Michael Appleby's charge can get the better of the unexposed Stardancer, who showed up well on his handicap debut at Doncaster last month when a creditable third. North View and Outlandish cannot be ruled out either.
