The winner Just Call Me An Angel has won since and is now rated 85, the runner-up Calendar Girl won her next start and is now rated 91 and Crystal Pier looks well handicapped making her handicap debut off an opening mark of 77.

GIVE IT TO ME OJ (best priced at 11/10) won his final start over hurdles last season and made a winning return on the flat in the “Jumps Jockeys Derby” over this course and distance last time. The Gary & Josh Moore trained gelding made all that day and won comfortably by 2 ½ lengths at the finish off a mark of 78.

Jiff’s Army won by 2 ½ lengths off a mark of 67 before winning here last time by a neck off a mark of 73. A 3lb rise is fair and he looks overpriced in this four-runner contest.
