Ambassador was successful at Cartmel on his penultimate start and if reproducing that level of form, he ought to have a say. However, TRAILBLAZER wasn't disgraced in third in a stronger contest at Perth in July and has a previous C&D victory to his name. Adam Nicol's charge takes a drop in trip on his return and that could work the oracle. Roadshow is another to keep an eye on.
Prediction : 1st Trailblazer 2nd Ambassador 3rd Roadshow

AMMES is a fair performer on the Flat and showed he is in good form when third at Windsor last month. The son of No Nay Never has been gelded since and provided he transfers that form to timber, he will prove very hard to beat. In The Minus made the frame at Ballinrobe earlier in the month and has to be considered, while Lunar Orbit may also have a say.
Prediction : 1st Ammes 2nd In The Minus 3rd Lunar Orbit

MOONSHINE MAN made his second handicap start a winning one at Hereford in May and now makes his chasing bow. The son of Sea Moon takes a step up in trip and could put these to the sword. Aslukwoodhavit was well beaten into fifth at Uttoxeter earlier in the month, but is 2lb lower and may get closer. Arthur's Quay is the pick of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Moonshine Man 2nd Aslukwoodhavit 3rd Arthurs Quay

Donald McCain trained last year's winner and ZAMOND looks to have leading claims. The latter just failed to catch the winner when finishing with a late rattle at Bangor and a 2lb rise is unlikely to prevent another bold bid. Vanilla Dancer returns from a layoff with a chance on his third here back in May, while the Irish challenger Bella Union could improve with cheekpieces applied for the first time.
Prediction : 1st Zamond 2nd Vanilla Dancer 3rd Bella Union

DELPOTRO has won two of his last three starts over these fences. Charlie Longsdon's charge won over today's trip back in May and, having made all to score over a longer trip here last time, there looks more to come from the improving five-year-old. Harel Du Marais unseated last time, but is usually a safe conveyance and won nicely at Market Rasen before that, while Jet Of Dreams is not easily dismissed reverting to the larger obstacles.
Prediction : 1st Delpotro 2nd Harel Du Marais 3rd Jet Of Dreams

A convincing winner over C&D back in May, Dartmouth Castle will likely make a bold attempt to defy a penalty, but he could find SIOUXFONIC too good. A runner-up at Tipperary on debut, the latter failed to land the odds at Worcester on his first start for James Owen's yard, but the tongue-tie is back in place today and he gets another chance. Perth fourth Valenciaga is a likely improver worthy of a second look.
Prediction : 1st Siouxfonic 2nd Dartmouth Castle 3rd Valenciaga
