Dangerman 7/1 (0.5pt ew)

The John & Thady Gosden trained DANGERMAN (best priced at 7/1) has shown much improved form since the application of blinkers and he should relish this step up in trip to 1m4f. The son of Cracksman won by three lengths at Sandown off a mark of 76 before following up over the same course and distance by four lengths off a mark of 80 on his next start.

Dangerman ran well to finish 3rd once again at Sandown over 1m2f last time off a mark of 89 behind the smart Saddadd when outpaced at a crucial time. This step back up in trip to 1m4f will suit and he should run well if coping with the demands of Newmarket.

Lady Milton 22/1 (0.5pt ew)

Fanjove runs here from 3lbs “well in” at the weights under a 6lb penalty but a chance is taken on LADY MILTON (best priced at 22/1) on her handicap debut.

The Jonny Portman trained filly has been sent off 50/1, 50/1 and 150/1 in her three starts to date but she outran those odds when 4th beaten less than five lengths at Wolverhampton last time.

The handicapper has given her an opening mark of 56 which is fair and she should appreciate this step up in trip to a mile based on her latest effort.

Sand Gazelle 7/2 (1pt)

Falakeyah beat SAND GAZELLE (best priced at 7/2) earlier this season in the Pretty Polly Stakes but their careers have gone different directions since. They are now both rated 105 with Sand Gazelle winning a listed race at York and finishing a close 2nd at the Curragh in the Group 3 Snow Fairy Fillies Stakes.

Tactically this will be interesting with connections of Falakeyah fitting a first-time hood but Sand Gazelle looks the solid option back at this track.
