A taking winner of a bumper at Kilbeggan, St Lawrence's Well must be monitored for market support on his hurdles bow.

KAZAKH D'ARTHEL has had a few attempts over fences without success, but his best run came at Thurles in February where he looked to hold every chance before falling at the last. Following a creditable fourth over hurdles at Navan recently, he can strike at the main expense of Rockstown Girl who, despite unseating on her sole chase start, was highly tried over hurdles last season and is open to improvement. Chosen Shant has done well since joining the Aengus King yard and she cannot be ruled out either.

LUMINOUS LIGHT lost little in defeat when runner-up to a progressive chaser at Tramore last time out and looks competitively treated back in a handicap. Anthony McCann's charge has scope for further improvement in this discipline and he edges the vote over the class-dropping Rebel Gold. The veteran should find this easier than the Grade 2 he contested at Gowran latest and isn't taken lightly. In The Trenches is the pick of the remainder.
