Steve Ryder has three free tips covering Friday's racing.
13:55 Haydock
Tip 1: Coedana Haydock 13:55 - 5/2 (1pt)
This looks a competitive 0-90 handicap but preference goes to COEDANA (best priced at 5/2) who has won both of her starts in handicaps. The Ed Bethell trained filly ran with credit on her qualifying runs at the start of the season but returned from a 77 day break to get off the mark at Southwell on her handicap debut off a mark of 74.

- Excellent reputation within the UK betting-industry
Coedana put in a huge career best at Newcastle last time winning by 5 ½ lengths off a mark of 80 and she is deserving of an 8lb rise. She now needs to transfer that improvement back to turf but that should be no issue and she can remain unbeaten in handicap company.
16:50 Haydock
Tip 2: Kinswoman 16:50 Haydock - 15/8 (1pt)
The William Haggas trained KINSWOMAN (best priced at 15/8) took six attempts to get off the mark this season but looks progressive and she runs here from 2lbs “well in” at the weights. The daughter of Mehmas won a novice race at Windsor at the start of August before winning on handicap debut at Chester off a mark of 75.
The handicapper raised Kinswoman 8lbs for that victory and she then finished a head 2nd in an 18 runner handicap at York last time. She gets to run here off the same mark in what looks an easier contest and she should prove hard to beat.
20:30 Newcastle
Tip 3: Second Fiddle 20:30 Newcastle - 11/10 (1pt)
SECOND FIDDLE (best priced at 11/10) has won all four of her starts since joining Iain Jardine from Ireland and she is expected to complete a quickfire five-timer. The six-year-old won by a short head at Hamilton off a mark of 46 before winning over this course and distance on her next three starts.
Bolting up by four lengths off a mark of 49 on Tuesday, Second Fiddle has been raised 9lbs for that victory but instead runs here under a 5lb penalty meaning that she is 4lbs “well in” at the weights. She looks the one to beat in a field full of C&D specialists.
