The son of Buratino should still have more to offer over the larger obstacles, while it is noteworthy that Jack Kennedy opts to ride him ahead of stablemate St Faz. Handicap-debutant Seskin Flash merits respect, as does the in-form Sayitfirst.

Having won a Grade 1 over timber before placing in the Supreme, ROMEO COOLIO is the clear pick. The six-year-old was second in the Top Novices' Hurdle at Aintree on his final start last season and he is likely to play a big role in this sphere if taking to fences. Koktail Divin progressed well as a novice hurdler and may have more to offer now switched to the larger obstacles. Where's My Jet edges out Patter Merchant to be best of the rest.

Hopeful Hero has experience on his side and will be waiting to pounce if the Elliott runners fail to come up to scratch.
