FLASHAWAY was well held on her return at Cork earlier in the month but she is entitled to improve for that outing and tops the shortlist. Kom Tu Voudras finished third in a Fontainebleau bumper in 2023 before pulling up at Grade 1 level on her return in April. She wore a first-time tongue-tie when third at Tramore last month, albeit well beaten, and she should not be underestimated. Katie Daniels was an eye-catcher at Clonmel and could also figure.
Prediction : 1st Flashaway 2nd Kom Tu Voudras 3rd Katie Daniels

The prolific winning pointer, ROCKY'S HOWYA reverts to hurdling and can score from his 102 rating given how strong his hunter chase form has been in the past. Course-and-distance victor The Miracle Man and Cullig are each capable stayers who should both improve for recent returns. Billy Lee Swagger has been lightly raced this year but can get involved if he returns to the form of his fourth at the Punchestown festival.
Prediction : 1st Rockys Howya 2nd The Miracle Man 3rd Cullig

SANDOR CLEGANE can put his experience and race-fitness to good use. Grade 1-placed over hurdles, he finished only 10 lengths fourth behind Fact To File in Cheltenham's 2024 Brown Advisory and, while winless in seven chases, he is better suited than many of these to this intermediate distance. Karl Des Tourelles is rated 140 over hurdles and, while he ran well on his latest start at Punchestown in May, he debuts over fences and seems slightly better over three miles. Flicker Of Hope has the benefit of a recent run and is also noted.
Prediction : 1st Sandor Clegane 2nd Karl Des Tourelles 3rd Flicker Of Hope

WHERE'S FRANKIE has won four times at this track and it is hoped he can return to form on reappearance. A dour stayer, he was lightly raced last season but his rating has since fallen and he's fancied under a 3lb claimer. Baldur's Gate finished second to the selection here in January 2024 and, now better off at the weights, he needs to show more than on his recent Galway reappearance. Kilashee has a light weight and is noted too.
Prediction : 1st Wheres Frankie 2nd Baldurs Gate 3rd Kilashee

This ground is expected to be very testing and it should suit CON'S ROC well. He hacked up in two heavy-ground point-to-points last year and was then a ready winner of a maiden hunters' chase at Limerick over Christmas. The eight-year-old was last seen keeping a useful winner of a Cragmore point-to-point honest in second in January. Big Interest carries a good reputation and was a decisive victor at Fairyhouse over Easter. That triumph was on soft ground, but he may not want it deeper than that. Fountain House is unbeaten in his last four starts and took a step up in class in the Bishopscourt Cup at the Punchestown Festival in his stride in May. Bold Fury is one that could outrun his odds.
Prediction : 1st Cons Roc 2nd Big Interest 3rd Fountain House

TOOR MOON is a long-standing maiden but competes off a handy mark. The form of his second in a handicap chase at Clonmel last month has been boosted by the winner who followed up at the same venue. Margaret Flynn's eight-year-old looks to have found a good opportunity to get off the mark. Gavin Cromwell's Dgalwaygallivantor hasn't been seen since finishing third at Listowel in September last year but he will be at home in these conditions. Cosmo Renfro has switched to Cromwell and will love the mud flying, so a big run wouldn't be a surprise. On Your Way obliged by a head at Limerick in January and also has a chance.
Prediction : 1st Toor Moon 2nd Dgalwaygallivantor 3rd Cosmo Renfro

There was a positive report on UNFLINCHING's homework in a recent stable tour and he is taken to make a winning Rules debut for Gordon Elliott. Colin Bowe trained him to win a point-to-point at Dromahane in April and the runner-up has done plenty for the form since when winning a point-to-point, and a novice hunters chase at Tipperary. Jet To Monte Carlo made 200,000 pound at the sales after cruising home in a Ballynoe point-to-point in March. The four-year-old makes his stable/Rules bow for Emmet Mullins and rates a significant danger. Jessbers Wish is a full-brother to Bridie's Beau, who has won a couple of handicap hurdles on deep ground, and he is also of interest.
Prediction : 1st Unflinching 2nd Jet To Monte Carlo 3rd Jessbers Wish
